As you push a half orange down onto the reaming cone, the cone starts to spin and extract juice. The reaming cone has two clever ‘fins’ at its base that help to strain the juice through the stainless steel pip-strainer below. The juice then flows through the stainless steel spout which has a handy ‘pop-up’ feature to prevent dripping when you finish juicing.
