Get Juicing.com Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received.
During this time you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days.
If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right please contact us by any of the methods displayed on this website. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number.
Please ensure that when returning goods to getjuicing.com you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit.
Get Juicing.com will not be responsible for any such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier. If you would like any advice on this please contact us.
When exercising the right to cancel, goods are to be returned at the customer's cost. However, refunds are not dependent on the goods being returned. If goods are not returned to us after a customer has excercised the right to cancel, we require that they are made available for collection. The direct cost of collection will then be deducted from the refund. We will credit your credit/debit card for the full amount of the goods (excluding delivery/collection costs) within 30 days of your cancellation.
We do not accept returns on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again "as new."
Although we offer pre-sales advice and recommendations via this web site, it is ultimately up to the customer which juicer or other appliance will be best suited for them. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, therefore it is important that you research and know the product you are ordering before you order.
As we can not resell products that have been used (all products are either perishable foods or come in to contact with foods), only products which are unused and new may be returned. If the product has been used in any way, it is not possible to accept returns except in the instance of a fault which is covered by warranty. Once the product has been used, the warranty is in effect (regardless of warranty registration) and no returns or exchanges can be accepted. All warranties are between the authorised distributor and the customer. In the rare case that there is a problem with an appliance purchased from us, please refer to your warranty. Please contact us if you need information on how to contact the authorised distributor of your product for warranty coverage.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Issues
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe you have received faulty goods.
Faults occurring after the 7-day period are still covered by the Sales of Good Act (1979) and also by the individual manufacturer's warranties that come with our products.
Please note that with many products Get Juicing.com does not deal directly with warranties/ repairs and will pass your details to, or ask you to contact, the company that does. Repairs and replacements will be subject to that company's Terms and Conditions. However, the first point of contact should any problem arise is with us.
Please call in advance before returning suspected faulty items as it may be that we can rectify problems over the telephone. If this is not possible, we will pay for the goods to be returned to our premises (UK only) and forwarded to you after replacement/repair, for a period of 30 days after you received them.
If goods returned during this period are found not to be faulty, payment will be required for our collection and subsequent delivery costs before they can be returned. After 30 days has elapsed from receipt of an order, suspected faulty goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. We will assess returned goods and either replace or repair them at no cost providing they are within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. If a fault is not covered under warranty and is deemed to have occurred due to misuse or expected wear and tear you will be notified, given the reason why, the cost of repair/ replacement and return delivery. When payment is received the goods will be repaired/replaced and returned. We aim to complete these procedures within 14 days.
Making a complaint
We welcome any form of feedback to help us to improve the service we offer. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of Get Juicing.com please contact us. We try to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will keep you informed as we handle your complaint and will, in most cases, be able to resolve issues within 30 days.
